We are looking to hire a Data Management Officer to work in our Aviation Maintenance Academy in Kemble Cirencester.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Training Planner, ensuring that all course, staff, and facility planning data is captured accurately and annually forecasted for current and future resource planning.
- Liaise frequently with the operational and sales departments to ensure that all training planning reflects current and potential business commitments.
- Solve and provide training planning solutions to ensure that all courses are staffed in line with expected utilisation metrics.
- Manage student data, ensuring management and clients are able to access relevant data in a timely manner.
- Escalate Training Planner metrics and information to Training Management such as utilisation, Terms of Reference checks, and sit-in monitoring requirements. Also ensuring that onboarding and classroom delivery process requirements have been met prior to course starts.
- Capture, interpret, and maintain company data to produce and present KPI’s.
- Support data based project requirements across all business departments, such as cleaning large data sets, providing data based comparisons, and interpreting data based information.
- Support sales and finance functions to maintain data integrity and reconcile data discrepancies.
- Investigate, develop and implement improvements in tools and/or processes to support information governance

In addition to the functions detailed above, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.

**Qualifications required**:

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and database software, such as Power BI
- Experience in functional planning and coordination activity.
- Due to the remote location you must be able to drive.

**Salary**: £32,245.00 per year
