My client are a leading Financial Services organisation, specialising in Funds and Investment Management
The role
- As a Lawyer with experience in Financial Services regulation, you will be a key advisor to the business on any matter that may be impacted by relevant regulation.
- You will also support the business in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with any external supplier, and engagement agreements with new and existing clients
- A qualified Lawyer, 1-4 years PQE
- Experience in Financial Services Law (either in practice or in-house)
- Ability to negotiate and draft legal agreements
