**Document Controller**

Emersons Green

£33,000 - £38,000 + benefits

12 month fixed term contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client in the state-of-the-art office in Emersons Green In return for this Document Controller role, you will receive a competitive salary, fantastic benefits (including a generous contributory pension scheme), and weekday shifts - no weekends or evening work here

Your duties will include:

- Maintaining accurate records on basic status, contact, and regulatory data
- Obtaining due diligence data from suppliers
- Providing reporting processes for the business
- Managing the supplier onboarding process as needed
- Responsible for document verification and auditing all data returns for false positives
- Developing an effective monitoring process
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder and supplier relationships
- Leading quarterly compliance actions and supporting ad hoc compliance requests

Skills and experience required for this role:

- Previous experience in supply chain management and/or procurement operation
- Previous experience in supplier approval documentation and the due diligence process
- Proven relationship management skills
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
