**Job Overview**:
Ensure proper flow of office procedures and support the office managers and directors by carrying out Property and compliance inspections. Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. Be responsible for carrying out inspections on properties to identify any defects in health and safety and to ensure all Compliance is been met. To carry out all responsibilities and duties are carried out as stated below.

All staff are required to familiarise themselves with the other divisions within the group, and offer support to those departments when requested to suit the demands of the business. In order to be effective in this role, it is essential for this team member has a thorough understanding of all departments, processes and objectives.

**The Role**

As a Property Inspector you will;
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Carry out health and safety inspections on properties for inspections
- 3 inspections to be carried out, 1: identify works and material required 2: Ensure all works have been completed 3: carry out inspection.
- After inspection log all works on company software and locate material to ensure time efficiency.
- Provide material to builders carrying out maintenance works.
- Spot check builders and ensure works are been carried out to a high standard by co coordinating with Maintenance Manager.
- Project manage all revamps and coordinate personal in doing so.
- See all project managed jobs through and follow process provided.
- Visit properties to complete Inventories and Check Outs prior to and at the conclusion of a tenancy to determine and report condition
- Responsible for obtaining and reporting accurate meter readings in a timely manner
- Carrying out Mid Term and other necessary inspections both scheduled and as and when required if requested Maintenance/Operations team or management
- Responsible for ensuring all photographs are of high quality and accurately represent the current property condition
- When conducting all property visits, ensure that keys are checked and managed in line with Company policy
- Report any issues identified upon inspections to relevant team member, in a timely manner
- Produce inspection reports in line with department requiremnts
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings as and when required
- Actively offer ideas, improvements and suggestions to relevant team members in order to develop processes or improve service

**To be considered as a Property Inspector, you will need**:

- Fluent level of English with excellent spelling and grammar
- Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
- Thrives in a fast paced, fluid environment
- Highly observant with a keen eye for detail
- Experience of working within a similar role is advantageous
- General understanding of maintenance works and materials
- Be highly organised an efficient
- Work on your own and manage your time effectively
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Own a car and have valid driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
