Your new role:
**About the role**:

- Work within the Facilities Support Centre to take customer requests and log them into tasks
- Raise Purchase Orders through our finance system for materials and other purchases
- Process invoice queries and work with budget managers
- Communicate with our operations teams and subcontractors
- Process work based paperwork and save them against our systems
- Provide administration support to operational colleagues as required
- Be supported through and complete a Business Administration apprenticeship - SCQF Level 5 or above

**What you'll need**:

- Nat 5 (A-C) / GCSE in Maths and English (4-9)
- The ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Dedication and ambition to develop within the role
- Computer literate and numerate
