Specialised Construction Business, Family Run now seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team
Working in office administration, you will need the ability to prioritise a busy work schedule and meet set deadlines
Effective communication skills are essential to deal with incoming telephone calls from a wide range of internal and external people and the varied queries that arise
you will be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks which require excellent organizational abilities
The role involves regular use of word, excel outlook and database, so IT / computer skills are essential and sage accounting as some invoicing and Purchasing input
previous experience of working in a construction type environment beneficial but not essential
would suit an office allrounder
must be able to drive due to location
