My client a well established Sales company based in the Nelson area is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join there administrative team on a temp-perm basis. The hours are part time and negotiable between 20-25 hours per week. The working hours are negotiable depending on work loads.

**Responsibilities**
- Keeping records of all receipts, invoices and tax payments
- Maintaining financial activity data using Xero accounting software
- Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Managing and processing payroll for our employees using Sage
- Processing all sales and expenses into QuickBooks online
- Carrying out regular bank reconciliations to ensure our books are accurate
- Preparing and submitting completed VAT returns
- Preparing monthly and yearly management accounts
- Dealing with a range of financial paperwork and filing

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part time work - experienced in bookkeeping.

The right person must have at least 5 years experience and ideally have worked for a company within the Sales industry.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

Part-time hours: 25 per week
