We currently have over 440 colleagues in our business and operate nationally across 12 depots, with an Engineering Centre in Manchester and our Head office in Wigan.

We are currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to join our Learning & Development Team for our office in Astley, Greater Manchester.

**The Role**

In this role your main responsibility will be to support the Learning & Development Team in the full range of learning & development activities, providing an efficient, effective, and proactive administrative support by:

- Provide a reliable point of contact and develop effective on-going relationships at all levels across the business.
- To assist with booking employees on external training courses and events, including researching and sourcing suitable training courses and venues.
- Organising in house training courses, maintaining the internal training officers booking system and calendars, and ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure staff attend internal and external learning events to meet legal requirements and the wider L&D strategy.
- To assist with pre-course administration including producing L&D materials, processing bookings and invoices, issuing joining instructions and pre-course information to delegates, providing pre-course customer service to delegates and trainers.
- To assist with all post-course administration, including sending feedback requests, collating feedback data, compiling feedback reports, producing course certificates, liaising with trainers to collect their feedback and ensure that attendance information is returned.
- To assist with the administration of the Learning Management System including updating staff training records, answering queries, and producing reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- To manage training requests that arise.
- Proactively spot/implement opportunities to improve team ways of working by identifying problems and finding solutions.

**What we are looking for**

We are seeking a team player with a flexible approach who can prioritise a varied workload. You will have strong administration, organisation, and IT skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be working with colleagues across the whole business. You will be willing to embrace change and take up new challenges. Experience of working in an L&D or HR team would be desirable, but not essential.
