**Overview**:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client - the UK’s leading specialist in commercial property and asset management - to recruit an Administrator to join their team at The
Potteries Centre in Stoke-on-Trent.

The role of Administrator at The Potteries Centre is pivotal to the success of our client’s operation.
The role will be required to support all aspects of service delivery, including marketing and event management, which requires creativity, communication, and project management skills. This role comes with apprenticeship/learning opportunities and our client is keen for the successful applicant to progress within the organisation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Promote a high level of satisfaction by promptly responding to service requirements.
- Provide support to the Duty Manager in fulfilling their duties.
- Ensure compliance after training with Company standards of policies and procedures established for the Centre.
- Communicate with occupiers and clients in a courteous manner and be willing to assist where able, acknowledging your role as the first-line site ambassador for the Company, and reflecting their client’s image through correct quality service.
- Support the Marketing team with collecting and analysing research information to understand target audience behaviour and market mix.
- Support with event planning and management.
- Support key marketing channels, including digital, offline, and social media.
- Plan and deliver tactical integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting Company policies and procedures, RICS and ISO standards, and any statutory timelines and escalation requirements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role [preferred/highly desirable].
- Previous experience in a retail centre, Property Management, and/or Facilities Management environment [desirable].
- Previous marketing and/or events management experience [desirable].
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including report writing - this should be reflected in the presentation/quality of your submitted CV.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and capable of communicating at various levels, including meeting with occupiers, clients, suppliers, and wider stakeholders.
- Good self-management, including showing initiative, being proactive, and meeting deadlines.
- Great service delivery skills and attitude, including working in partnership with internal and external individuals.
- Able to achieve results and prioritise work, including attention to delivery to all stakeholders.
- Able to provide innovative solutions and strong problem-solving skills.
- Committed to developing self and others, and willing to learn.
- Embracing change including technology.
- Engaging with the Bigger Picture.
