Monday to Friday 3.30pm
- 8pm

Saturday - 10- 12

hourly rate of pay £12.50

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change linens and make beds
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills

**Skills**:

- Cooking skills: Ability to prepare basic meals or snacks for guests if required.
- Hotel experience: Familiarity with hotel operations, including guest services and housekeeping procedures.
- Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Commercial cleaning: Knowledge of professional cleaning practices and techniques for maintaining cleanliness in commercial settings.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 26.5 per week
