The role of a **Social Care Recruitment Administrator** is key to ensure the smooth running of the business by ensuring that the individuals recruited are passionate about adult social care and share our ethos.
**Social Care Recruitment Administrator Duties Include**:
- Working with the Head of Operations & HR to ensure recruitment complaince is upheld
- Completing DBS checks
- Ensuring the Right to Work checks are completed
- Organise and implement marketing strategies to support local recruitment to our high street branches.
- Attend Job Fairs in-house and at external venues.
