**About Our Client**:

The key responsibilities for the Senior Communications Lead will be;
As the Communications and Engagement Manager for an education-focused organisation, you will drive learner-centric communications initiatives across diverse age groups and educational streams. Your role involves designing and implementing strategic communications to foster growth and enhance employer engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing outsourced communications activities, leading creative efforts, monitoring media coverage, and responding to industry trends. You will measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, manage internal communications for culture reinforcement, and ensure consistency across teams. Utilising AI tools for content development, you'll maximise impact throughout the customer journey, streamline processes, and serve as the primary contact for communication inquiries.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Senior Communications Lead will posses;
Excellent communication skills, be a creative and adaptable thinker and possess excellent writing and proof-reading skills. You will be passionate and enthusiastic, and use these traits to positively influence others. Having a highly responsive, flexible and adaptable attitude is essential, along with the ability to prioritise effectively as situations unfold.

To succeed in the role you will need to possess excellent organisational skills, be able to multi-task, re-prioritise and juggle conflicting deadlines, whilst displaying initiative and being solution-focused.

You will need a flexible approach to working times in line with the College, and must possess a full UK driving license and access to a car for business use. Please note the role will involve some travelling, for example, to local businesses, schools and events, as required.
