Our client who are leaders in the telecommunications industry have a vacant position for a Customer Support advisor to be based in offices in Ripley (town centre). We are looking for a new member to join their team to assist with all our telematics/tracking related queries from customers and suppliers. The individual needs to have the following skills/qualities.

This is a small team running 3 fast-paced businesses and we want someone that is going to hit the ground running and not be afraid to jump straight in.

The main duties for Customer Support Advisor include.
- Problem solving
- First point of call for tracking equipment related queries.
- Organising Excel spreadsheets and capturing data.
- Answering the phone
- Customer problem solving
- Ordering from suppliers

The core hours for Customer Support Advisor will be be 09:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch (Flexible hours may be discussed)

Your annual holiday entitlement will be 21 days plus bank holidays

The company offers a relaxed working environment with a bi-annual bonus scheme based on company profits.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
