**The Role**:

- We are excited to be recruiting for a new Graduate Resource Consultant to join our Recruitment team with a laser focus on filling our Early Career / Graduate Recruitment vacancies
- You will be involved with our clients from the outset of a campaign where we work with the client to design and the brief. You will support the advertising, sourcing, managing applicants and video interview processes to ensure a successful outcome.
- Working closely with our sales team you will be fully trained in the delivery process on our Graduate recruitment campaigns
- Becoming the expert in Graduate Recruitment you will be supported with a career development plan to eventually run assessment centres for clients (on site or virtually), and conduct competency & behavioural interviews

**The Right Person**:

- We are looking to recruit a graduate calibre individual perhaps looking for their first or second role but your attitude and values are more important to us than experience.
- You should be IT savvy as we use various systems including a bespoke CRM/ATS, video interviewing software, online assessment software, teams, MS Office and various job boards.
- Working to deadlines, you should posses the ability to organise your day and prioritise. Good admin skills and time management is a critical attribute.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
