A growing FMCG manufacturing company are looking for a HR Support Manager to join the HR Team. To fully support the Head of HR in all aspects of the HR remit, compliance audits, regular reviews and updates on employment legislation, training and developmentinitiatives. You will have experience working within fast paced manufacturing environment with strong HR skills.

As a HR Support Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.
- Support the recruitment and selection activities of the business.
- Regular reviews and updates on employment legislation.
- To fully support the performance management and grievance process which will include investigations, hearings and management advice.
- Review regularly in conjunction with the Head of HR and the Manufacturing Associate Manager.
- Complete all customer compliance audits and external social compliance requirements including regular reviews of temp agency policies and programs.
- Serve as an employee relations ambassador, establish professional relationships with managers and employees.
- Give advice on policy, law and best practice to employees and managers in order to improve performance, behaviour and communication.
- Conduct HR element of the induction process for new recruits.
- Support the implementation and integration of existing and new employment initiatives, policies and procedures throughout the business.
- Initiate and execute training and development programs across all departments.
- Support the ongoing development of the Employee Handbook including maintenance and communication.
- Deputise for the Head of HR in periods of absence liaising with key stakeholders as necessary.
- Working with the Head of HR and relevant Departmental Managers support and develop an apprenticeships and graduate programme.

An exciting opportunity for a HR Support Manager with the following.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent or working towards with experience of working within an HR function.
- Proven experience undertaking and supporting discipline and grievance investigations including writing reports and presenting at formal hearings.
- Experience of coaching and supporting line managers in the workplace to resolve Employee Relations and staffing issues including capability.
- Experience of working within a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Positive thinking and self-motivated individual with good communication skills.
