An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Case Advisor **to join the team in Derby.

As a Case Advisor, you will support Business Leaders in the delivery of HR processes and policies around Performance Management, Sickness Absence, Capability, Discipline and Grievance and informal resolution. You will use a number of tools to support you in your role such as Company Policies, Workday and Empactis. You will be required to train, support and guide managers in all relevant process and provide the business regular business insights.

As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

**What you will be doing:
In this role you will be responsible for providing support to Line Managers to enable HR processes to be executed efficiently and effectively supporting the HR operating model. You will also;
- Conduct investigations and support disciplinary hearings under the Disciplinary Procedure and supporting Line Managers with Grievances raised by Employees.
- Support managers with conflict issues and driving a speedy resolution.
- Train, support and guide coachers in all aspects of Performance Management and Probationary Periods.
- Produce Trends and evaluating data for all Business area on various Employee Relation aspects.
- Responsible for identifying lessons learnt on all processes and identifying and implementing improvements. Driving continuous improvement in all relevant policies, procedures and practice.

- Degree qualified in a Business or HR Discipline or equivalent experience.
- Case Management experience.
- Experience in managing grievance and conflict issues through the process.
- Articulate, numerate with the ability to manipulate and present data as required.
- Comfortable around key tools including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Good working knowledge of HR processes and the relevant IT systems to support those processes, Workday would be an advantage.
- Well-developed customer and relationship management skill set.
- Ability to influence others effectively in a business environment. Problem solving approach to process improvement.
