We’re looking for an Administrator join our Therapies team based at The Princess Grace Hospital. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative and secretarial service for the Therapy team, including Physiotherapy and Dietetics.

**What you’ll do**:

- To co-ordinate and supervise reception cover for the Therapy Department
- To register, bill and maintain patient accounts on Meditech to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process
- To support the Therapy team with administrative tasks e.g. MDTs
- Cashiering - involving the provision of invoices, receipts and end of day reconciliation
- To generate self-pay invoices and provide to patients on day of their treatment

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous admin experience within a healthcare setting is essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- IT literate
