We are looking for a strategic, hands on commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager to join out team at the Mercure Queens Hotel & Spa.

The hotel has 109+ bedrooms, extensive conference, spa and food and beverage outlets.

The ideal head of Food & Beverage will come from a quality driven hotel background, ability to lead and develop a team to ensure excellent service.

Strong all round Food and Beverage

The Role is new, the Job description is a work in progress however you will be:

- Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, covering Duty Manager Shifts When required
- Lead and support recruitment and training for the F&B team
- Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage
- Marketing & e-commerce strategy
- Budget setting and financial planning
- Ensuring service standards are maintained and improved

Operations Manager -The Person
- Already worked as an F&B Manager / Strong number 2
- Financially aware and able to manage budgets
- Strong leader and coach
- An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests

Offering an excellent salary and additional benefits.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bournemouth, BH1 3DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
