**Job Title: Claims Administrator**

**Location**: Hybrid Role - Aylesbury (first 2 weeks for training will be in the office)

As a **Claims Administrator**, you will assist the Operations teams with the administration of Claims / Policies, in order to meet the agreed service levels.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Outbound calling including breeders, vets and requesting information for claims
- Written correspondence to vets, breeders and customers to chase outstanding information
- Undertake departmental routine and exception processes, such as claim indexing, vaccination vouchers all in line with agreed service levels
- Respond to customers enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional and correct
- Inbound calls from policy holders, vets and breeders
- Record and maintain accurate policyholder information using in house computer systems
- Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all time
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all policy terms and conditions

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills
- Precise comprehension and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
- Proactive attitude to learning new things and a fast learner
- Ability to cope well under pressure with determination and perseverance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
