**Training Administrator**

HCS Safety is seeking a new Training Administrator to join our busy team. As the South's favourite health and safety consultancy, providing safety training is a huge part of what we do, and the training needs administrating

We look after around 6000 delegates every year and so the role is busy and very important to our company.

**Detailed Job Description**:
**Training Administrator
- Roles and Responsibilities**
- Positively interact with our clients and delegates referring or flagging any points raised to Operations Manager, Accounts supervisor or Senior Training Administrator as required.
- Answer telephone, take bookings and payments for training courses and route other calls to the appropriate person.
- Ordering of lunch and refreshments, under guidance of Senior Training Administrator.
- Ensure additional items used for breaks and additional lunch options are ordered.
- Process post course paperwork.
- Create/post course certificates following course completion process
- Support Accounts admin for delegates who are booked on training courses.
- Ensure post is sent on a daily basis
- Cover Front of House as per the job description in times of absence or as required.
- Ordering of company stationery/adhoc items as required.

- Responding quickly to all enquiries from delegates.
- Building relationships between ourselves, and delegates
- Dressing appropriately in the office.
- Understanding what HCS Safety offers.
- Responding to feedback by informing the correct member of the Senior Management Team.
- Being mindful of others in an open plan office.

**Friendly**
- Helping delegates have the best possible experience at HCS Safety Ltd.
- Adopting a friendly manner on and off the phone.
- Keeping an eye out and assist your colleagues if they are struggling.
- Mixing with all staff at HCS Safety.
- Being discreet with shared confidences
- Encouraging a positive and can-do outlook

**Practical**
- Ensuring our facilities are at a high standard of presentation at all times.
- Working alongside accounts and training administration.
- Using the white board in the office to keep track of matters arising.
- Being well organised and planning the day ahead.
- Keeping calm in difficult situations.
- Helping solve problems whether our own or someone else’s.

We will be interviewing in late May/early June with a view to starting mid / late June.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,400.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
