Care Coordinator

Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator on behalf of our clients based in Loughborough.
The role is a permanent position with a 3-month probationary period through the Major Recruitment.
This very varied, exciting and interesting role of Administrator is based within an office environment for a prestigious care company.
- Planning staff rotas
- Route planning for service calls
- Manging out of hours calls
- Dealing with staff absences and sickness
- Covering shifts and shift gaps with alternative staff
- In emergencies, covering the calls yourself (in emergency cases only)
- Writing care plans
- Checking care plans

This is a full-time role to start IMMEDIATELY.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
If you can and will work every other Saturday this would be a HUGE advantage

**Your Profile**
In order to be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years previous (recent) experience as a care coordinator, undertaking general administration, information packs, data entry etc. You will be professionally presented, bubbly, friendly, approachableand flexible.
You will be able to work on your own initiative and take direction from the managers/ directors when in the office.
Yu will have previous care experience for if there is a staffing emergency you can attend a care call (this is unlikely but they have a "all hands on deck" approach here and even the HR and directors attend calls if there is an emergency)
You will need to be immediately available and be able to start within 1 week (max). and be able to commute to the Loughborough office daily.

**The Salary**
£25,000 per annum
