Course Co-ordinator

**About The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Course Coordinator to join our team on
**a fixed term basis, for 10 months** to provide cover within the team. The successful applicant will be required to work on a hybrid basis from home and from our offices at SportPark, Loughborough, Leicestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming as part of a busy team responsible for organising Swimming Teaching courses, CPDs and meeting set KPIs.

Reporting to the Programme Leader, you will be responsible for courses across the North East, West Midlands and North West regions, maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and meeting KPI's.

**About You**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of managing processes to deliver first rate customer care to a varied customer base
- Proven ability of delivering against KPIs/targets
- Experience of negotiating with internal and external stakeholder

Previous experience / knowledge of organising educational courses would also be advantageous.
