**The role**

As part of your role as an Administrator you will be the first point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office. You will also be responsible for both incoming post distribution, scanning (post inward), filing and outgoing post including franking and liaising with couriers. The role will also have visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team. By the nature of this role, you will also undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
We know the value of our administration team and as part of this we provide a varied and busy role. No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position. In terms of experience, we look for individuals who have either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required. Microsoft Office skills are a must. Working in the heart of the office, you will work with colleagues of all levels and be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our family.
