**Principal Electrical Engineer - To £75K + Package + Clear route to Director + Bonus**

With projects ranging From Grade II listed buildings, wildlife hotels, a 40,000 sq foot new build commercial office, the refurbishment of a museum to new build data centre, you certainly won't get bored here

Established by an entrepreneurial individual five years ago, this Building Services Consultancy has grown by 20% year on year and continues to secure virtually all of their work by direct client appointment.

Due to growth, they are now looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer for their London Studio based near Farringdon. Working alongside the Founding Partner (CEng, MCIBSE, MEng, CIBSE LCEA), you'll enjoy full flexibility and autonomy and choose the hoursthat suit you; and also choose how many days you want to come into the office.

As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you'll lead projects from feasibility to construction. This will involve establishing the client's brief, producing the conceptual and detailed design, getting involved in tenders, monitoring the construction or commissioningstage of a project, right through to post occupancy evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified and at least six years' experience in Building Services.
- Good attitude and willing to work with others; and support junior engineers.
- Willing to take ownership and accountability for the work you produce.
- Good understanding of related disciplines such as HVAC and Energy and Sustainability.
- Able to work closely with Architects, developers and commercial real estate firms.
