IT PMO Analyst / Junior Project Manager
An opportunity has arisen for an IT PMO Analyst / Junior Project Manager to join our client on a permanent basis.
Role Summary:
This role will be working closely with the Head of PMO for a high profile, business critical project.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the PMO Head in managing the overall methodology, artefacts and general PMO documentation
- Provide project management support for tasks such as meetings / workshops / events, monthly reporting and other related project-related communications. Support of project meetings with agendas, attendance and minutes.
- Be responsible for registers i.e. Project change controls, RAID logs, Action List and Communication Lists
- Managing portfolio of small changes and small to medium-sized IT projects, or contributing to supporting in the delivery of IT components of larger projects (e.g. a work stream).
- Successful delivery of all projects in accordance with agreed requirements, within budget and to agreed timescales.
- Establishing control of, and monitoring delivery of IT components, ensuring that risks and dependencies are identified and managed.
