Front of House Supervisor

We are looking to recruit an exceptional front of house supervisor to join and strengthen our hardworking team, who is passionate about customer service, food, beer and all things local.

This is a senior position within our small, independent business and you will be responsible for supporting us and leading the front of house team in our absence - to deliver excellent customer service, maintain standards and quality of product.

**Requirements**:
Bar experience - in a supervisory role, preferably with a Personal Licence

Cellar and stock management

Competent, friendly and reliable

A quick thinker who is efficient and hard working

The ability to remain calm, professional and positive when under pressure

An eagerness to learn and to be adaptable

The ability to maintain standards, cleanliness and have pride in the service you provide

A good product knowledge and understanding of food safety, health and safety and licensing legislation

Team management skills

The role is 37+ hours a week and involves working evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Please note this is not a live in position and we do not have on-site parking.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
