We’re looking for a **Head of Strategic Partnerships** to join our Business Development team. You’ll be responsible for developing partnerships supporting various business needs (eg. promoting new revenue channels, ensuring the inclusion of Dott services in the day-to-day public transit, and building various reselling channels). This is an excellent opportunity for a savvy business developer or strategist to join a fast-growing company and work on game-changing partnerships. This position can be based anywhere in Europe.

**What you'll do**:

- Interact with new and existing partners to deliver new revenue streams and foster user inclusion (safety research and innovation, public transit integration);
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, Development, and Business teams to craft game-changing deals/partnerships and ensure seamless deliveries for Dott;
- Develop and share the strategic partnerships strategy and set of priorities across a wide range of audiences, including our C-leadership (ie. CEO, COO, CBO, Legal Counsel, CPO, CTO, CDO);
- Be at the forefront of new innovative business models.

**What you’ll bring**:

- ** Vision and strategy**: you’re able to think long-term, but start with very simple steps. You can establish a north star for a whole partner ecosystem while maintaining an agile mindset toward short-term trials and execution;
- ** Business acumen**: you can easily navigate between the legal and technical aspects of a deal and the associated business plan and unit economics;
- ** Ability to prioritize**: we are growing fast, so there are always many partnership opportunities to consider in your pipeline. An ability to fiercely prioritize and engage your audience based on objective assessments is critical;
- ** Partner-first mindset**: you’re the voice of partners and you’re responsible for growing the relationship and constantly adding value. This requires listening skills and the ability to translate concepts and ideation into business execution;
- ** Technical expertise**: ideally some experience in dealing with technical products such as mobility-as-a-service (MaaS), public transit, ticketing, payment, APIs;
- ** Communication skills**: you'll be working directly with the C-level suite and executive leadership to assess business opportunities and strategic deals. This requires an ability to communicate effectively on all cross-functional aspects;
- ** Leadership by example**: able to motivate, inspire, and create an inclusive and positive work environment. Manages and owns the execution of the pipeline.
