Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Head of Strategic Partnerships and Funding on a permanent basis.

**A bit about the role**:
As a Head of Strategic Partnerships and Funding you will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious Strategic Partnerships and Funding Strategy with the aim of maximising external funding to enhance the work of the Peabody Community Foundation.
- Develop and deliver an effective fundraising strategy that is closely linked to the Community Investment Strategy and the aims of the Peabody Community Foundation (PCF)
- Use our social value policy to maximise social value from our contracts to benefit Peabody customers and communities
- Develop large scale strategic partnerships across London and the South-East that deliver impact at scale for our customers and the wider social housing sector
- Ensure our customers have access to high quality economic inclusion, employment and skills support through our network of partners in all of our neighbourhoods.
- Expand our digital offer to reach more of our customers online whilst delivering against our community investment priorities
- Pursue strategic partnership opportunities that channel investment, skills and resources into Peabody neighbourhoods and prepare bids/briefs to secure funding and support for new community programmes and services
- At Peabody we support flexible working. This role is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of two to three days of working in a _Peabody office or community setting._
