**Software Trainer
**Growing Newcastle tech company of approaching 50 staff requires Software Trainer as part of its ongoing and future plans.
**_Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities as Software _ _Trainer_ _ will include:_**
- On-site training and customer set-up, supporting software implementation
- Remote training, 1-2-1 to webinar size events
- Assisting with software personalisation and troubleshooting
- Remote and in-person demonstrations to potential customers as part of sales process
- Soft/upselling additional features
- Providing high level/complex support (when fully conversant with products)

**_As Software Trainer, you’ll need:_**
- A strong background gained in a similar fast-moving, service-driven tech environment, operating as a Software Trainer or in a highly Training-oriented role
- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Relevant technical skills, knowledge and qualifications - academic or vocational such as ITIL
- Flexibility to be away from home for 1-2 nights per week

**_Benefits and rewards:_**
- c.£30,000 per annum + bonus (to £3k) + benefits
- To secure maximum specified pay/rewards, you must possess all outlined experience, skills, qualification and knowledge

- Office and field based role - approx. 60/40
