**Key responsibilities**

You will liaise with new and existing clients, overseeing the agency-client relationship, determining client’s needs and goals (both long term and short term) and ensure we deliver over and above expectations. You will lead brainstorming meetings, contribute creative ideas and manage internal work such as creative copywriting, graphic and digital design and marketing.

As well as fostering client relationships, you will work on presentations and proposals, assist with marketing strategies and communicate briefs to the creative and digital teams.

You will report and work closely with the Account Manager as you help identify new clients and potential business opportunities, as well as upselling our products and services. Monitoring project budgets and spending, as well as ensuring deadlines are met, is also part of the gig.

As we’re a marketing agency, you’ll need to have a good knowledge of all things marketing and an understanding of business in general. You should be a keen observer of market trends and possess financial management skills. For this role, a good eye for design is essential and creative ideas should come naturally to you. Attention to detail is also very important.

**Skills and experience**

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills - empathy, emotional intelligence, verbal skills and flexibility, along with confidence and the ability to multi-task. We are looking for an individual that can shine when working under pressure.

Essential:

- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge and experience of using the marketing mix
- Proven experience managing client accounts

Preferred:

- Qualifications in marketing and/or communications
- Experience working in an agency (not essential)
- Two years + experience in an account executive role

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
