- Salary - £20,000 per annum
- Working hours - Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 16:00

**What will you be doing within the role?**

Business Implementation:

- Process new business and track to completion.
- Prepare illustrations and key documents in line with adviser recommendations.
- Preparation of new business Suitability Reports for completion by Client Support Executive (CSE).
- Client Management:

- Dealing with client enquiries.

Diary management:

- Manage own diary and liaise with CSE to ensure new business documentation is prepared within agreed timescales, to smooth-out cyclical peaks and troughs in the business operation.
- Maintaining compliant client records (files):

- Maintain up to date client record management system (iO) in a timely manner.

Additional tasks:

- Prepare the client review meeting lists on a monthly basis.
- Gather and collate month end figures.
- Mail (incoming/outgoing) / scanning / photocopying / faxing.
- Any other duties to suit the exigencies of the business.

- Remaining compliant at all times.
- Maintain and develop skills and knowledge via Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet specific time deadlines.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner.
- Articulate, numerate and ability to maintain the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Drive, desire, and commitment to progress personally within Financial Services.
