**Processes & responsibilities - Main roles**:

- Ensure all customer payment's are received within agreed payment terms/chase overdue invoices
- Customer disputes/rebates, audit claims etc.
- Reconcile Customer statements, Amazon Dashboards to SAP
- Submit customer statements, including Amazon Template
- Set up new customers & Amend customer details on SAP
- Reconciliations
- Release Sales Orders from credit block on SAP
- Update Customer details on SAP
- Other ad hoc duties

**Key Skills/Attitudes**
- Strong excel and Analytical skills
- Preferred SAP experience but not essential
- Good telephone Manner
- Good written English
- Team Player
- Attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills
- Happy to take ownership of situations
- Well-organised and hardworking
