KM4HR are looking for an up and coming HR Administrator to join a modern business with offices in Stowmarket and Central London.

If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your HR career this is a fantastic opportunity to do. Working in a small but perfectly formed team you will be working alongside experts in all areas of HR, recruitment and senior HR Leadership.

Although this position will work from the Stowmarket offices there may be a requirement to travel to London on occasion.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Responsibility for updating colleague profiles ensuring records are maintained and accurately updated
- Responsibility for the New Starter Administrative process, including Right to Work checking and issuing of all paperwork (inc Contracts)
- Liaising with the wider business to coordinate inductions and onboarding
- Liaising with the IT Team to set up new starters and arrange for all equipment and systems to be activated
- Advise Line Managers on processes for absence and holiday management
- Responsibility for managing all leaver processes including paperwork, exit interview management and liaising with payroll
- Prepare and submit payroll changes each month
- Produce all paperwork resulting from agreed contractual changes
- Ad-hoc reporting and administrative support for the HR Director and wider HR team

**Experience required**:

- Recent HR administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Desire to learn and ask questions
