**Job Title: Co-ordinator - Strategy (18 month FTC, Part Time)**

**Location: CITB, Peterborough**

**Salary Range: £36,000 - £44,000**

Location - Whilst contractually the role is based in Head Office in Peterborough, CITB has recently adopted an agile working approach which allows flexibility around the working day and the location from where you work. It is expected that this role can successfully be fulfilled with a combination of both office and home/remote working, details of which are to be agreed in advance with the line manager / Executive Director.

**Role purpose**:
To support the Strategy Team with planning, co-ordination and management of information to improve productivity and efficiency.

The postholder will be responsible for:
Co-ordination and maintenance of the strategic planning cycle - liaising with other teams to achieve greater visibility and input and communicating dependencies/delays

Co-ordination of team diaries, meetings and objectives to improve leadership, cross-team working, sharing and accountability

Planning and co-ordinating the Strategy team’s input to CITB Governance processes e.g. board, IFC, Exec and Leadership team

Management of key information and documents to support effective record keeping and efficient information retrieval

Co-ordination of recruitment processes across the strategy team as needed

Production of high-quality reports, presentations and management information for internal and external audiences

Collaborative working with the finance, office management, Safety Health and Wellbeing team, HR teams and our enabling partners SSCL regarding team management and implementation of relevant policy and procedures

Support the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and of business planning processes

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities (circa 5-7)**:

5. Lead, organise and co-ordinate all recruitment processes across the strategy team as needed
