As Global Security Operations Centre Specialist in Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) team, you will provide administrative support to the GSOC Supervisors in the management of incidents within the EMEA region, inclusive, but not exhaustive of, building incidents at JPM sites, natural disasters, high profile incidents including terrorist attacks, major disasters, and protest activity. You will maintain focus on day-to-day global critical facility operations and act as a disaster recovery for the main alarm monitoring centre (AMC). The role will primarily involve alarm monitoring, access control, reporting and the escalation of security incidents.

**Job requirements**
- Is responsible for access control, conducting thorough security checks, accurately logging events, and promptly escalating incidents in accordance with established procedures
- Provides accurate and concise reports to brief senior management on security incidents
- Conducts alarm testing, identifies faults, raises tickets, and follows up until resolved
- Ensures all daily and ad-hoc tasks are completed
- Supports the daily management of the GSOC by completing routine reports and business support tasks as required
- Manages the First Aid process, providing reports to the business when required
- Follows procedures and supports the GSOC Supervisor with any events and incidents that may have the potential to impact client locations and business travelers across the Region
- Responds to relevant alarm activity and activate escalation response where the impact is judged to affect the business, utilizing appropriate contacts within JPMC

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Ability to work shift patterns including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
- Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure
- Good judgement skills and ability to prioritise conflicting demands
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and procedures
