Newcastle City Council are currently looking for adult social worker to join the team within Learning Disability Team

Pay rate : dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users needs and circumstances.

Support: Provide guidance, support, and advocacy for individuals and their families.

Collaboration: Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.

Safeguarding: Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of vulnerable adults in the community.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Qualifications:
Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.

HCPC registration as a Social Worker.

Previous experience in adult social work is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
