We provide **residential care** for young people from ten to twenty-one years old and are looking for a Night Shift Care Worker in our three-bed care homes near **Drongan, and Alloway in Ayrshire**.

We provide a homely, safe and supportive environment and promote responsibility, growth, learning and positive outcomes for young people who come to stay with us.

As part of a team, you will provide day-to-day care, support and direction to young people with challenging emotional and behavioural needs. The role requires you to work with national childcare practice and use planned activities as a medium for healing. It also requires that...

You will be able to work

**Full time 10pm to 10am shifts, (14 shifts in every 4 week rota). Salary £11.45 per hour.**

**Part time 10pm to 10am shifts, (8 shifts in every 4 week rota). Salary £11.45 per hour.**

Whilst previous experience would be desirable, excellent support skills, the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.
