**Pastoral Coordinator**

**Salary: Grade F scp 17 to 23 - £22,962 to £25,789 per annum**

**(Full time equivalent salary: £26,845 to £30,151)**

**Full time - Term time plus 5 days**

**37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm (including an unpaid 30 minute lunch break).**

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated & creative individual to the post of Pastoral Coordinator to join our forward thinking school that is a part of the Leverhulme Academy Trust. The successful applicant will join the existing experienced and motivated Pastoral team. Our school is a welcoming and inclusive learning community, with our students at the heart of all that we do.

The position will involve providing pastoral support across a multitude of areas. Our young people need a positive role model who will motivate them, believe in their abilities and help them to see their potential whilst building their resilience and self-esteem.

This is an exciting time to join our school following our recent ‘Good’ Ofsted grading.
