**Overview**:
Welcome to the No7 team - the driving force behind No7 Beauty Company’s growth plans.
As a Virtual Assistant for an individual with ADHD, you play a crucial role in providing tailored support to enhance workplace success.
Your responsibilities involve implementing organisational strategies to streamline tasks and schedules, employing technology tools for efficient time management, and offering assistance in prioritising and completing tasks. By creating a structured and supportive work environment, you contribute to the individual's professional growth and productivity while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Organisational Support and Time Management:

- Develop and maintain effective organisational systems for the efficient management of tasks, schedules, and priorities.
- Integrate technology tools, such as To Do list, to optimise organisation and time management.
- Assist in creating daily and weekly schedules to facilitate efficient time management.
- Set reminders and establish routines to promote consistency and delivery of key tasks.

2. Task Prioritisation:

- Help identify and prioritise tasks, breaking them down into manageable steps.
- Implement strategies to encourage proactive task completion.

3. Travel and Expenses:

- Coordinate travel plans and logistics to ensure smooth arrangements.
- Submit expenses promptly to facilitate efficient processing.

**What you’ll need to have**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn new systems and operate them efficiently

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Understanding of ADHD and its impact on daily life.

**Hybrid Working (3 set days in the office)**

We offer our Support Office team members a 3/2 hybrid working approach, based upon empowerment, accountability, care, and trust, which includes a mix of remote and office-based working - our set office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and WFH days are Monday and Friday.
