Textiles Purchasing & Production Administrator

I am looking to find someone that has an interest in têxtiles, working within a busy team, liaising with departments, great Excel and reporting skills, comfortable learning how to manage stock availability, plan production schedules & can maintain a highlevel of administrative support to the internal production & warehouse teams.

I am open to consider people from a têxtiles graduate background if you are confident you adapt to new systems quickly so you can order parts, manage & update complex internal reports and update production systems accurately.

The client offers an open environment, full product and system training, a fun and friendly support environment, local têxtiles business, originally family owned and a great role for you to take ownership for.

You will be ordering a maintaining parts list of parts required for site, managing production lead times for teh sales and customer service teams, organising production reports and analysis.

Listing all job details on tracker for visibility for the rest of the team, ensuring sales orders are checked and parts will be available for works required.

Create job card numbers within the system, liaising with the purchasing team on any purchased parts ordered outside the sale order system for predicted delivery dates and production guiselines.

Running picks and checking the picks are completed for the works and ensuring timescales are met and any issues resolved and completed.

Super production administrative support role within a fun and sometimes lively environment.
