**Health & Safety Trainer / Consultant**

As a Health and Safety trainer and Consultant, you will be joining an established Health & Safety Consultancy with a broad client base in the Ireland & the UK.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct health and safety training sessions for clients across various industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, construction, and utility companies.
- Provide expert consultancy services to clients regarding health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and best practices.
- Assist clients in implementing and maintaining effective health and safety procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Hold relevant qualifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Possess a recognised training qualification (e.g., Highfield, NPORS, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering health and safety training programmes to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and providing practical solutions for risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage others.
- Knowledge of plant and machinery and its associated safety considerations is highly desirable.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Scotland area.
