**Duties and Responsibilities of a Recruitment Administrator**:

- Obtaining references from past/current employers
- Writing effective online job adverts
- Uploading and posting Jobs onto Job Boards and LinkedIn
- Updating and maintaining the company database
- Working with other members of the team to resolve queries, e.g. payroll queries
- Taking part in training sessions and performance management
- Covering account management duties in the absence of a dedicated account manager

The roles of this position are not limited to the above, as the nature of support means you will work dynamically across various clients.

**Essential**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can do attitude, willingness to go above and beyond
- MS Office skills (including Outlook)
- Driven and ambitious Outlook

**Desirable**:

- Previous exposure to a busy environment
- Previous experience in a customer/people-facing role
- Experience in a telephone-based role, managing and developing relationships
