Delivery Driver

**Job Title**: Delivery Driver ** Welcome bonus after 6 months**

The Heritage Bakery based in Wantage provide artisan breads and baked goods across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

We're looking for a delivery driver to deliver these goods to customers and to help with the weekly set up of our market stalls.

**Duties**:

- Safely and efficiently transport goods to customers' locations from our bakery in Wantage to various locations across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Set up the weekly markets across Wantage, Witney and Marlborough
- Sell a range of high quality baked goods in a busy outdoor environment
- Responsible for cash handling and recording card transactions
- Delivering a high level of customer service and representing the bakery

**Essential Experience**:

- Confident, experienced driver
- Clean driving licence with no convictions
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of Oxfordshire and the surrounding area would be an advantage
- A flexible approach to help out at additional deliveries if needed

**Hours**: Approximately 20.5 hours across Monday - Saturday. Hours vary across the week and include early starts.

There is also the opportunity to work additional hours.

**Welcome bonus offered after 6 months service**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
