We’re the world’s first prison-based coffee company. We provide professional coffee industry training, both inside and outside of prison with direct pathways to long-term employment.

**We're looking for passionate Coffee Shop Supervisors to help operate our cafes and inspire and motivate our teams as we continue to grow our amazing business and our people.**

This role is an excellent opportunity if you love working with people and are looking to further your career; you will learn and develop as we grow and get better and better each day.

We believe our team is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we take coffee training and management so seriously.

We are looking for like-minded people to come and join us as we continue to focus on coffee and people. We welcome those with previous experience as a Coffee Shop Supervisor or Senior Barista in a similar type of business.

**This role will be Monday to Friday working occasional weekends**

**You are**:

- Personable, outgoing, with a warm personality and great attitude

- Keen to develop your own skills as a leader and a coffee professional
- People-focused and care about creating a positive environment for your customers & your team

**Responsibilities include**:

- Making sure your team are serving absolutely superb coffee - espresso, filter and pour-over, every time;
- Supporting your Cafe Management team to drive the cafe performance and deliver amazing results;
- Constantly inspiring & developing your team to be the best they can be, keeping expectations & standards high;
- Confidently running shifts and working closely with your Cafe Management team, inspiring the team to go the extra mile for our customers;
- Ensuring the day-to-day basic practices of the cafe are maintained at all times including coffee quality, food quality, customer experience, health & safety and food hygiene & allergen practices;
