Trainer and In-store Demonstrator

Mavala is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Trainer and In-Store Demonstrator. In this role, you will be responsible for training and educating our retail and salon partners on our range of beauty and skincare products across the UK. You will also be responsible for conducting in-store and salon demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products. A fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the beauty industry and who enjoys interacting with customers.

This is a hybrid role, head office is based in Sevenoaks Kent but the canidate can be based anywhere across the UK as this is a National role with daily travel to different locations.

Established in 1958, Mavala is a family-owned premium beauty brand from Switzerland, a world leader in natural nail care as well as offering skin care and cosmetics to retail and professional clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support effective training sessions.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations and salon events to showcase the benefits and features of Mavala products, engaging customers and consumers driving sales.
- Travel nationally to various locations with overnight stays ( expenses paid) to deliver training sessions and conduct demonstrations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a training or demonstrator role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and resources.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel nationally and stay overnight as required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to the success of the Mavala brand.
- Full driving licence.
- Preferred location south east but nationally with good transport links will be considered.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Qualification in beauty therapy.
- Teaching qualification an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience in a national or regional training role.

**Package**:

- Salary -£26-30k depending on experience.
- Commission OTE £3,000 per annum

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
