Business Administration Apprentice

**About us**:
The role will be to support the Office Manager in providing general administrative support across the business such as answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages or redirecting calls.
We are a family-run, boutique permanent Recruitment consultancy with over 100 years of experience between us. Our leadership team all have varied experiences within the recruitment world and in various other sectors too, so we truly are experts in our field.
**Main duties will include but aren't limited to**:
- Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages or
redirecting calls
- Formatting CV’s
- Checking new registrations are compliant with regulations
- LinkedIn Advertising
- Assisting the Office Manager with AdHoc Projects
- General Administration duties, ensuring all duties are carried
out in the Office Manager's absence
- Using the in-house IT Systems and MS Office
- Assisting with stock control and replenishment

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional skills if required
- End Point Assessment (EPA)
