As a result of continuous growth, the opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our Manufacturing team at our Peterborough site.Reporting to the Admin Team Leader, this role will be responsible for working closely with the Yard team to ensure all paperwork is accurate and to make sure all consumables are counted and ordered when necessary. You will work with driver’s timesheets and assist with filing, stock counting and inputting.You will be responsible for generating delivery shipment notes ensuring documentation is available in good time for collection and that any special delivery instructions are communicated clearly to the driver. You will also check deliveries against the purchase orders and receipt, progressing any discrepancies with the purchasing department. You will demonstrate a high level of Health and Safety awareness at all times.-
As an Office Administrator, you will be focused, target-driven and have a track record of achieving set deadlines. A customer-focused attitude, excellent communication, organisational and follow-up skills are the key to success.**Who we are**:
