The Role
Work activities vary but will include - telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated.
Here are a few examples of your likely daily tasks:
- Communicating with your internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and understand priorities
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Data entry of stock levels /stock take from warehouse
- Helping colleagues with their workload, so that deadlines are not missed

We’ll be looking to you to ensure that the team’s administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, so it’s essential that you have previous administration experience.
You will also need a good basic knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
As you’ll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also essential.
