**Role: Finance and HR Assistant - Part-time - Immediate start**
**Location**: Weybridge
**Hourly rate**: £13ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits?
**Hours**: Term time only - 21hours a week, either 3 full day or split over 5 days
**Duration**: Until July
Office Angels Staines is currently working with a school in Weybridge who are looking for temporary support until July within their office support team, focusing on Finance and HR. You do not need to have HR experience as your day will be spent more on Finance.This is part-time and they are flexible with what hours you work during the week.
A day in the life of your new role;
**Finance**:

- Purchase Ledger - ensuring orders are sent out on time
- Processing invoices
- Organising BACS runs
- School dinner money - reconciling invoices, and loading money onto the system
- Sales ledger - raising invoices for lettings and managing the lettings calendar
**HR**:

- Recording absences on SIMS
- Producing monthly reports on absences
- Supporting with any HR Administration
- Supporting withother office admin/reception cover

To be considered for this role:

- You will need to have worked in a finance position before and be happy to support on HR duties
- You will be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- You do not need to have worked in a school before, but experience with SIMs, DMS and Tucasi would be beneficial
