Folkestone Academy is looking for an exceptional **Pastoral and Learning Leader** to join our team. This is a permanent position and would suit a graduate considering teacher training in the future / or an individual with pastoral experience.

- Have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

- Be highly motivated and have a flexible approach towards work and working hours
- Have knowledge of and experience of working with external agencies and voluntary groups is desirable
